Payments
Payments are due two lessons before the end of your series in order to retain your child's spot in their class.

If your child cannot complete their series of lessons you will be issued a credit for which you have 6 months to use or transfer to another sibling.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, DIscover, American Express, Checks and Cash.

Absence Policy
Each student is allowed 1 absence lesson per series of 8 lessons and 2 absence lessons per series of 12 lessons.

Observing Your Child
Parents may observe children from the viewing deck.  Do not enter the pool area unless asked to do so by an instructor.

Swim Attire
We require a swimsuit for all students.  No t-shirts, shorts, swim shoes, goggles, or jewelry are allowed.

Due to health regulations students under the age of 4 are required to wear a tight fitting non-disposable swim diaper. There are no exceptions. We do offer swim diapers for sale in the Floaties Pro-Shop.

Observing Lessons
We do not offer trial classes.  Please call the office to make an appointment.
